These terms apply to the use of the AGLA website, online forms, estimate requests, submitted media, digital content, and website communications.

Website content, pricing examples, service descriptions, galleries, forms, and articles are for general information only. They are not a final estimate, binding offer, legal advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, guarantee of availability, or guarantee of code compliance.
A project begins only after AGLA issues and the client accepts the required written estimate, project authorization, work order, contract, deposit or payment arrangement, and any legally required California notices or documents.
Service descriptions do not mean AGLA will perform work requiring a contractor license, permit, or specialized certification unless the proper legal pathway is in place. Work requiring a license, permit, or specialized trade is performed or coordinated through appropriately licensed persons or entities where required.
By submitting photos, addresses, descriptions, measurements, access instructions, or messages, the submitter represents that they have the right to submit them and authorizes AGLA to use them to evaluate, estimate, schedule, perform, document, and communicate about the requested services.
The website may not be used to submit false information, upload malicious files, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, harass staff, infringe rights, scrape protected content, or request illegal or unsafe work.
The website may connect to payment processors, CRM systems, automation tools, maps, scheduling tools, analytics, social media, and review platforms. AGLA is not responsible for third-party outages, security incidents, content, or terms. The website is provided as available and may change without notice.

Website pages are general guidance. The applicable written estimate, work order, contract, change order, invoice, and legally required notices control the specific project.
Compliance
AGLA provides property repair, maintenance, cleanup, moving, delivery, logistics, commercial support, and project coordination services. Some services may require a California licensed contractor. When required, AGLA coordinates the project through properly licensed contractor partners. AGLA does not perform licensed trade work unless legally permitted or performed through an appropriately licensed professional, and does not represent itself as a licensed contractor unless license information is specifically displayed.
