Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, remodeling, permit-required, and specialized trade requests may require licensed contractor review. AGLA does not perform licensed trade work unless legally permitted or performed through an appropriately licensed professional.
Insurance documentation can be reviewed before qualifying commercial, HOA, managed-property, or partner-routed scheduling when required. Do not rely on any insurance, bonding, or license statement unless it appears in a current written project document or official record.
California residential home improvement projects over statutory thresholds may require a written contract with specific consumer notices, contractor details, payment schedule, start and completion dates, change-order rules, cancellation rights, mechanics lien warning, and other required information.
Down payments, progress payments, permits, inspections, HOA or landlord approvals, change orders, and cancellation rights must follow the applicable written project pathway and California law. Permit responsibility must be stated before work begins.

Service Boundary
AGLA provides direct minor repair, assembly, maintenance, light exterior support, pickup-truck help, and turnover support for residential and small commercial properties. Every request is reviewed before scheduling. Direct service is limited to minor repair and maintenance work that does not require a contractor license, building permit, structural work, or specialized trade authorization.
