Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, bank transfer, invoice tools, or other approved systems. AGLA does not intend to store full card numbers on its local website servers.
Online pricing examples, budget ranges, and preliminary estimates are not final charges. Final pricing depends on approved scope, written authorization, actual site conditions, materials, scheduling, and applicable contract requirements.
Diagnostic visits, inspection visits, and service appointments may be subject to a minimum charge unless a written document states otherwise. Any applicable charge is confirmed through the project pathway before work is scheduled.
Deposits may be required for scheduling, materials, special orders, or mobilization. For California residential home improvement work, deposits must comply with California law and generally may not exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less, unless an applicable exception exists.
Late cancellation, denied access, unready sites, custom materials, special orders, opened materials, installed materials, or non-returnable materials may result in charges or non-refundable costs, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.
Labor already performed is generally non-refundable. If a workmanship concern is reported, AGLA may inspect and, where appropriate, repair or correct covered workmanship under the applicable authorization, warranty, and terms. Payment concerns should be sent to support@agla.one before initiating a chargeback.
