We may collect name, phone number, email address, project address or ZIP code, billing details, project descriptions, submitted photos or documents, preferred schedule, communications, payment status, device/browser data, IP address, cookie data, UTM parameters, and information voluntarily provided through the website or messages.
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, coordinate materials, route licensed-scope review when required, process payments, communicate updates, maintain accounting and service records, prevent fraud, improve marketing, and document work quality.
Photos and documents submitted through forms, text, email, or other intake channels may be used for estimate preparation, scheduling, work planning, quality control, warranty review, insurance, service records, and dispute resolution. Public portfolio or marketing use requires separate approval unless otherwise legally permitted.
AGLA may share information with service providers and project participants when needed, including CRM systems, automation tools, payment processors, accounting systems, hosting providers, insurers, suppliers, licensed contractor partners, inspectors, attorneys, accountants, and government authorities when required.

Website pages are general guidance. The applicable written estimate, work order, contract, change order, invoice, and legally required notices control the specific project.
Compliance
AGLA provides property repair, maintenance, cleanup, moving, delivery, logistics, commercial support, and project coordination services. Some services may require a California licensed contractor. When required, AGLA coordinates the project through properly licensed contractor partners. AGLA does not perform licensed trade work unless legally permitted or performed through an appropriately licensed professional, and does not represent itself as a licensed contractor unless license information is specifically displayed.
