Main Service Paths

Three Ways to Start

Direct AGLA Services

Minor Repair, Assembly & Maintenance

AGLA handles practical property support when it fits the direct minor-service lane: doors, cabinets, furniture, mounting, wall touch-ups, light exterior cleanup, pickup-truck help, and turnover support.

  • Doors, cabinets, drawers, and hardware
  • Furniture assembly, repair, and anchoring
  • Mounting and accessory-level installation
  • Small wall touch-ups and caulking
  • Light exterior cleanup
  • Pickup-truck help and small moves

Outside Direct Service

Permit, Trade or Larger Project Scope

Direct service does not include work requiring a contractor license, building permit, structural work, specialized trade authorization, multiple-worker execution, or a larger construction project path.

  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, and roofing
  • Security, low-voltage, and hardwired systems
  • Structural or load-bearing work
  • Permit-required work
  • Projects at $1,000 or more
  • Scopes that appear split from a larger project
